MAKO Shark HD-Adjustable bearings
Does anyone know what adjustable bearings are used on the MAKO? Im wondering if there is a similar product i can look at for reference? My curiosity is peeked definitely. excellent work. Sadly tho it seems many customers are doing this because the engineers at Next Wave Automation are dragging their feet (been waiting years now) on putting one on the market.

Or copy the vector an eighth of an inch in and use a .25 v-bit to do a interior profile cut. Then it would give u that v shaped cut like the rest of your pattern

Try using that pie shape vector and assigning it as a pocket same depth as the rest of the carving

I think that is an incredibly well put together upgrade! I had a shark pro and ended up selling it because of those issues. I am now researching the shark pro plus HD. The feedback I'm reading indicates that there still are flex issues that have not been fixed. I feel that I may look elsewhere now. ...

It sounds to me as if the brushes in your router motor are wearing out. New ones are less than $10 bucks. That is VERY bad a$$! What type of supports for the long axis? How do you order them like that? Can you get better motors? Sorry for twenty questions, but I sold my Pro to upgrade to the PLUS and i would sure prefer a set-up like that. Any chance you could post some pics of the different axis's?

I would do what Tim says and download free fonts off of the internet. You will be able to match the font there. When you download the font it will be a compressed file. Unzip it and go to Control Panel then open the Fonts file. Save the font into this file. Your new fonts can be uploaded directly in...
