Well, I have had my shark HD for about three weeks now and have had a lot of problems with it. Does any one else get a moaning sound when the shark is moving through the X and Y phases? It is happening as it runs on the support rods. I tried putting a small amount of lubricate on the rod (WD 40) but it still does it. The jobs do not seem to be affected so I thought it might be a characterist...

My machine is running and I have V-Carve Pro installed but I can't Cut-3D to install. I keep getting an error message "F". What next?

I just got a call from our Rockler saying that my machine has arrived. Now all I need to know is do I load the software over that trial downloads that are on my computer now or is there something I need to do before hand.
