Well, I have had my shark HD for about three weeks now and have had a lot of problems with it. Does any one else get a moaning sound when the shark is moving through the X and Y phases? It is happening as it runs on the support rods. I tried putting a small amount of lubricate on the rod (WD 40) but it still does it. The jobs do not seem to be affected so I thought it might be a characterist...

Installing Cut 3D?

The Shark HD is set up and every body is talking amongst themselves quite contentedly. I just got a call from our Rockler saying that my machine has arrived. Now all I need to know is do I load the software over that trial downloads that are on my computer now or is there something I need to do before hand.

The question is, does the manufacturer get enough feedback from their users through customer service? If they do, does that information make it back to the production floor in a away that would influence future production in a positive way. If they do not have an ISO 9000 type system quality account...
