I had that problem when trying to run in very high Humidity. we are experiencing the same at work . the fix was to run a big fan throwing alot of air into electrical panel. Same with shark, turned control on side in front of big fan , no more problems

I should have told everyone I shimmed out the bearing on the end of Y axis lead screw where it terminates into the plastic base in threar of machine. I don't know if I should have but I shimmed out the end bearing on the Y axis for this proplem. there was like a 0.250 end play in the y motor. Been running this way for couple month's no problems

I just had that same problem. After hours of searching every little thing, I pulled the table to check Y axis. Sure enough the motor connecter had loosened and the lead screw was working intermittantly causeing the 1" difference off zero in Y axis. No problems in same program or others now. Hope thi...
