This seems to be a depth problem on some machines y axis bearings where the drilled too deep in the plastic to mount the bearing.You should be able to fashion a hook bent on the end of a rod to get behind the bearing and gently pry it out. I had that problem when trying to run in very high Humidity. we are experiencing the same at work . the fix was to run a big fan throwing alot of air into electrical panel. Same with shark, turned control on side in front of big fan , no more problems

I should have told everyone I shimmed out the bearing on the end of Y axis lead screw where it terminates into the plastic base in threar of machine. It is a couple washers be hind the bearing, wich pushes the lead screwinto the motor eliminating the motor shaft end play. no binding always returns t...

I don't know if I should have but I shimmed out the end bearing on the Y axis for this proplem. there was like a 0.250 end play in the y motor. Been running this way for couple month's no problems

I was able to create a tool path using the profile path with a v bit, you must state to be on the line when cutting

Hey I'm not very good at typing ,but it was the connector from the spiral rod to the y motor. I just had that same problem. After hours of searching every little thing, I pulled the table to check Y axis. Sure enough the motor connecter had loosened and the lead screw was working intermittantly causeing the 1" difference off zero in Y axis. No problems in same program or others now. Hope thi...
