Man I feel dumb.....I have followed the tutorial for beginners (Bulls Head) and every time I load the code and run from SD card it seems to run through the code ok but it's only moving the heads a fraction of an inch.....it's like a micro cut or something. Tried a couple of different files and same ...

I'm just setting up my Shark and plan on just making some simple signs at first.......what type of bits should I get and where is the best place to buy.
