That's why I opened the case of my controller and added a FAN to it. Now I don't have any stepper driver heat issues.

Care to share a photo? If you didn't tap into the relay for power what did you use?

When you go to load a file into the Shark Controller simply click the down arrow for file types and it lists them. Have you tried that?

I posted about this Mach 3 pendant that works great with our CNC's. Here's the link to the original post. I would never go back to anything else.

Just wanted to assure Bill and others that there's no software hack or extreme hardware modification going on here. Im my original post there's a picture that shows the wiring that's required - quite simple. The rest is by the g-code as stated.

I've had to repair mine so I can tell you it's straight forward if your comfortable using a soldering iron. I'd also suggest if you can pick-up a new banana plug at Radio Shack or something replace the Next Wave one while you're at it. Good Luck ...
