I use RV Antifreeze (Propylene Glycol) in my spindle. It is made with pink dye in it to indicate that it's relatively nontoxic. RV Antifreeze is recommended by the manufacturer. I don't need to thin it with water. It is ready to use directly from the bottle.

It's a very small storage flap in the outlet. This is a miniature fuse and easy to miss.

Check the fuse that's inside the end of the power cord where it connects to the controller. There's a tiny cover where the fuse is, and a spare. Please excuse the kind of vague description, but look carefully it is either on the plug or socket.
Also check power to the shop...

The best solution I can think of, is to work with Next Wave. They are the best source of parts that you need. Another thought...If the machine can be made functional without the supports, can you make replacement supports from HDPE plastic? Or, Could they be made using conventional woodworking tools...
