I made a thin board that fit snug in a t slot and use it as a fence. I got a mark on it that is where I set y zero and use the same mark to line up the next section to cut and always use .125 overlap

Use contact paper over area before you cut than spray and after dry remove contact paper. I also some times finish board first than cut when I paint I use craft paint and wipe off wet sponge before it dryes

Inside corners can never be square it will always have the radius of bit being used

In the profile tool path when generating tool path there is a box you can check to give you sharp corners. Its in the box where you create tabs. its a tab all the way to the right and it says corners open it up and check box next to sharp external corners

I do a lot of machining and I use a debur tool. here is a link to the one I use. It is very quick and works really well.

there is a fuse just above the power cord plug check there first. I have had my hd for almost 3.5 years never one bit of issues run it in temps of around 100 deg. I do not use dust collection I vacuum up after cut is finished I believe there is no way to eliminate all of the static that a dust colle...

I have done 13 hour cuts never had a problem. Motors and controller get hot no mater outside temp. If it is 95 or above I just use a box fan and blow on machine.
