It is frustrating to say the least. Yes I followed the instructions each time I tried. Remember I was updating to 2.0 FROM 1.5 And yes this works perfectly with 1.5 but NOT 2.0 Anyways up and running nicely on 1.5 again and ignoring the update popup. As an after thought along with the control panel update came a controller firmware
update. Hope this doesn't mess things up with old version of control panel.

Uninstalled the new update stuff. Loaded the panel software before the update version. Went very smooth, pop up came for update, ignored it, put reg keys in all went well in no time at all. The static line will only help your machine if vac hose is attached to machine. Is the hose dangling attached to machine in any way? Make sure your outlet has the ground and it is attached in the box. You shouldn't get any shock whatsoever. I'm guessing your router is powered from the control box an...
