I'm back.

Been a long time since I've visited on a regular bases. To all my old friends still on this forum, hoping this new year finds everyone in good health and still cranking out tons of cool projects. I've been away from the site, but not my shop, and certainly not from my Shark. Good to be back. Keith

I've had those same plans for several years, but haven't gotten around to building it yet. Gotta do it soon. If memory serves, their is a video on Claytons website of it operating.

V carving is simple. Just google military insignia line art, usually you'll find plenty. I did some a little diffently, using pocket cuts, and profile cuts on my fathers funeral flag case. They will also etch glass. Had a lady wanting me to etch text on melted bottles. They were relatively flat, and the spring loaded drag knife worked well. Really not my favorite use of my diamond drag bit, but it works.

Router working. V bits make a nice v cut into the acrylic, just like wood. The ball nose makes a nice smooth path through it. Don't be shy, try it each way. Different projects require different bits.
