I am having trouble accessing my new diamond controller so I called next wave. They advised me to uninstall and then reinstall the program. How do I do that? Thank you for any info.

I thank you for the reply. will think about getting something later. The battery will run the router and servos in order to stop the setup. how do you start the operation again when the power comes back on?

When I got my black diamond and put it on a flat level stand I put a straight edge across the x axis and found about 1/16 " devation in the middle of the table. I just recived my black diamond and I am wondering which holes to use to install the gantry. There are five holes on the gantry and three holes on the table. Do I use the bottom three on the gantry or the top three? It seems like I should use the bottom three in order too get the most space between ...

I have Norton anti virus installed, use a anti malware and pc cleaner about once a week. Can I build a file in the computer, save as? and then take it to shop to down load it to the SD card? shop is about 130 ft from my house and the wireless connection will not work that far.

Thanks for the info. When I Receive the cnc I will Most likely try to beef it up before put it all together and make sure all bolts are tight.
