I hope I CAN explane this ok. What is happening is when I make up a project ( tool paths or tap files ) and send them to a folder,they send all right.. but when I try to send all the toolpaths as a ( save as file ) they send allright to the same folder, but I can not open the crv. file if I want to ...

I have a black diamond, and I just noticed that I can move the router carriage about .02 " along the X axes by hand. Could it be the T nut? or something else?

How good of job will a 1/4" end mill that has a 1" cutting length do on a pocket cut that is 1 1/2" deep, with 1/8 deep cuts and still leave a smooth cut on the side???? Thanks for any info......

after setting datum point in material set up to be the center of a 8x8 peace of material, and then when I set the control panel to x 4" and Y 4" the router should go to the center of the material, should it not.?? When I tried it, it tried too go to the edge of the material and hit the lead screw nut.

Info on how to install new lead screw nuts on the Y axes. Thanks for any info....

I bought the western design and make, it installed fine on one computer. How can I install it on another computer.? Thanks
