My J-Tech Photonics Laser Accessory
I had been exploring the idea of retrofitting my Shark Pro+ HD to have laser cutting and engraving capabilities. It was at Vectric's User Group meeting in Las Vegas last October that I met Jay from J Tech Photonics, Inc. and had some of my questions answered. With the discount offered to attendees I...

Re: Uploads not working?
You're wasting your time contacting NWA about problems with the forum - this forum is provided by Rockler. See the "Shop Rockler" in the banner and the admin works for Rockler. NWA has their own forum for their product line. Sorry!

Re: pen writer holder
See attached. My guess is that you purchased the holder from NWA instead of Rockcliff. Rockcliif includes instructions and support - something that NWA probably isn't doing!janz wrote:Any body know of an easy quick way to center the pen in the holder?
Have fun - the pen holder works great!

Re: Control Panel Update
v2.1 is quite stable by now. It's 3.0 that's getting the bulk of loving attention these days ;-). I think it's maybe a common misconception that v3 is an upgrade to v2.1 - there actually two seperate as far as I know. v3.x is for the pendant controlled machines including the Piranha and is what com...

Re: Control Panel Update
Can anyone explain the changes from V2.1 Build 17 to V2.1 Build 22? You might want to read this thread starting here. BTW, "Build" available for download is actually 25f - this hasn't changed since the thread I referenced was posted. I'm actually running Build 23. The controller's update message is...

Re: Control Panel v2.1 Build 25f Virtual Zero
[26] : Revised Virtual process. Only uses borders on X or Y axis if borders are less than 15% of span size. Could this be your issue. I read this to mean that if the border you enter is less than 15% of the material's span its ignored and virtual zero just resorts to material edge? Was the 1 inch b...

Re: Control Panel v2.1 Build 25f Virtual Zero
You'll notice that the build # only goes up to 17 for what you posted. Mine goes to 23 with a planned update section on top. Checking for updates on mine still reports that Build 22 is whats available even though I'm on Build 23. I checked the properties of the most recent download and it shows 25f ...
