Well I have read many good things about Next Wave on the forum about their customer service. I just got off the phone with tech-support and my warranty expired on 11/18/2013.
The tech said they would ship me a new clamp for me this week at no charge.
Thanks Next Wave Automation.

Re: Breakage
My Shark is down because the router clamp is cracked. It all started when my Bosch 1617 router started running hot and the rpm's kept going up and down during a carve. So I looked for a week for a new router another Bosch 1617 I found one locally. Went to change out the routers and noticed that the ...

Re: Bowling with Bob...
Bob,
Sure let me organize them! I did them in Rhino and loaded them straight to the Shark cnc processor.
I'll try to upload them this week. There are 2 files (top & bottom) with 2 tools changes each.
Thanks again!

Re: Bowling with Bob...
Bob, I give you all the credits for this! I down loaded your bowl design and made a few changes. The initial dimensions are the same only mine is 2.25 thick. I made new cut files in Rhino. I used a .5 end mill for the rough cut and a .5 ball nose for the finish pass. I was able cut the carve time by...

Re: First 3d carve
Karen, Thanks for verifying the cherry. I knew it was cherry because I built two cabinet/side tables for the wife a few years ago for our bedroom. I didn't want to get into a long tread about wood types/grains. I do have a board that I have had for many years that I'm using to make boxes for 2 litho...

Re: Concentric Ring Bowl
Bob, I have not had time to down load it yet. I did not read your reply until late last night. When I got home from work yesterday, I went straight to the shop to work on my first litho's. They are a surprise for my wife for Christmas. The led's came yesterday and I was playing with them to figure o...
