I always try to clean my machine about every 24 hrs of carving. I use silicon spray on the rails also.

I sent an email to nextwaveautomation to ask about the unlimited and this is what they had to say. The virtual zero unlimited will be launched with the New Control Panel which is currently under going beta testing. The software should be launching by the end of the quarter this year. There you go. That 200 ipm is only in a straight line. When doing 3D work or circles you will never acheive that speed no matter what you have the feed rate set in your tool database.
