4D, Good ideas; The job size is about 41K so way under the limit. I do not have that computer on the net, as I don't have anti-virus software on it (another way to have random performance hits). What do folks us for cutting speed & plunge speed?
All, I've been using 20 inches/min cuting speed, & 15" / min plunge, with a PC690 router on my Shark HD 2 for 1/4" bits and slower for smaller bits. Most of my cuts have been in Cherry, Walnut & Maple. I'm wondering if I am being too aggressive or if I can bump this up a bit. the 100 in/min seems ex...
