I have used the virt z a few times now and found it works wonderful 75% of the time. Some models actually distort a bit (25%). When not using virt z but using same control panel the same tool path works fine. I am starting to learn what 3d models won't do as well with the virtual. I love the concept...

Black Diamond with dewalt 618. I wrapped a single layer of duct tape around the aluminum router
body and have not had a single issue now in 6 months. Cheap and fast and still working.

Is there any certain type? Spray or tube applicator. I have the pure silicone spray lube.

When the cutter is going down and close to table is makes a sound like a dry hinge.

Carving tools
Purchased the set of 4 carving bits from Precise Bits. Should I load these as diff size ball
nose bits? Can't really find anywhere else to load these in the tool data base, any suggestions?
