Does anyone have a listing of G codes and there meanings for manual programing?

A good quick reference that was provided in another post (although I didn't write down the poster for credit) is http://linuxcnc.org/docs/html/gcode.html. I've also found the Wikipedia article and links to be useful - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/G-code.
What's not known or documented is what, if any, limitations the Shark controller has with regard to handling of these. Intuitively, some commands you wouldn't expect the Shark to handle (like E commands). But others may or may not be acceptable for use either.
And while writing this, Buc has provided the answer... and he has a lot more experience than I do with CNC machines. So, I'm thinking I've got a good start on the weekend.
