Gcode loads but wont run

I tired to use my cnc shark yesterday for the first time in a few months and ran into the following issue, After I loaded a file and it told me to turn on the router all I got was one grunt from the machine and the load file button relit. I tried several different files that I have used before with the same result,
I also tried to use three different sd cards, but the result was the same. Any ideas?

We tried to help, but you never responded. If it's a different issue, it would be nice to know how you resolved the earlier one, especially if they turn out to be related.

Problem solved. I used a smaller capacity sd card and it resolved the issue. Thanks for you assistance.

What size SD card did you end up using?
