White screen on pendant HD510

I have disassembled pendant and found very little dust. Also have updated firmware on pendant and controller. Tried restarting with finger on screen. Unfortunately still unresponsive . Would appreciate any suggestions

Run card stock around the corners if it doesn't work call nextwave at 419-318-4822 M-F 9-5 est

I tried the card around corners before I disassembled .
