Nextwavwautomation software ver 2.0

Cant seem tom get the software to come up on the computer. Any suggestions?

There's not a lot to go on, but will offer some suggestions.

Did the software load properly? If not, a reinstall may be required.

If the software loaded properly, the computer must be connected to the control panel via USB cable, and the control panel must be turned on.
If this is the case, you will get a message that the control panel was not detected.

Do you get any error message?

After installation - get error "is not a valid floating point value". After hitting OK, get another message -"access violation at address 00404884 in module ' CNC shark control panel.exe' right of address 00002858. After hiting OK get the same messsage except for address 000001cc. After hiting OK, the control panel comes up but doesnt repond. In fact the program as a whole doesnt respond.
This id shte 8th time in past two months I have tried to load soiftware. to no avail. Frustrating to say the least.
Could it be because I am using windows XP SP3 and they are sending the wrong reload file?
