OK, we have tried a couple of designs with mixed results and we are hoping you guys might have some insight. We imported our logo in .eps format, centered and it looks great. When we started cutting, the bottom have of the board (11"X24") looks great, but the higher it gets on the board the letters get out of alignment. I've attached pictures and our files for reference.

Here's an assignment for you...
Without the router running, just jog the X and Y axis around to the limits of where it can move over the table. Take note of the travel limits. From your posted picture, it looks like you're trying to engrave outside of the limits of the Y axis. You will need to move your job further away from that limit (the top), so that you will keep your work within the X Y limits on your machine.
Or, space the individual logos closer together if possible.

That's what you will be doing as you check the table limits.

And, Another thought:
It looks like you merged toolpaths. This is good, because it also shows evidence of trying to engrave outside of limits since the last logo engraved would be the top one.

It doesn't need saying - as Bob is always with a good idea on what is going on from a distance - but I agree. The material was positioned in a manner that resulted in the 'top' of the carving to be hitting the limits at different points while carving that area. As the machine is new to you, you may not have recognized the noise from the gantry over the router noise when it ran into the limits.

When it finished the job, and returned to the project 0,0,0 - it certainly wasn't where it started. You may not have thought about that at the time as again, you're just starting out.

Many users will mark the limits on their scarf table or use tape or other material to mark the metal table as a reminder.

OK guys, EVERYTHING worked great! We just had the board too high on the surface and were reaching the limits on the XY axis! Thank you so much for your help. We will post pictures of our work when we get it painted and sanded.
