I purchased a shark pro plus a few months ago. I made a few things but discovered that something was not right. I think a bearing and a lose set screw. I contacted Rockler and we contacted Next Wave Automation and the problem was solved within a week. My Shark Pro Plus is working great and doing everything I need it to do. I wanted to write this because when a company takes care of a problem with out a huge hassle and gets it taken care of like they did It should be known. I am very pleased with the service. If I had a negative experience I would have wrote about it.
