Complete newbie here. I have the water-cooled spindle and I cannot get it to turn on. I thought I saw where it might need the firmware updated however I cannot find that again. I can get the pump to turn on and water flowing however I cannot get the spindle to turn. Spent the last couple of hours reading the forum and not having any luck. I have gone back thru my design and cannot find anything on it. I have a second spindle in the box due to a mistake from Rockler that I have to return. I do not want to open the box but wondering if the controller is bad. Just want to get something cut to see if it I can do this and getting very frustrated.

After 8 hours I opened the other box and got the controller out. Problem fixed had a bad from stock controller.
My first carve is done.
