I am trying to get past what i think is a programming error so i purchased the cut 3d software but don't see the option for using the CNCshark. can anyone help me with the save file type?

Cut 3D is only an output program. Once you have loaded a compatible file, you will need to go through all the steps and then you can save the tool path files to load into the Shark Control Panel. I believe the same post processor for VCarve can be used for Cut 3D. You may want to check Next Wave's web site for the most current versions

Cut 3d does not have the shark post processor installed from Vectric. Go to the next wave web site and you can download them from there (downloads area) then install them into cut3d. Very simple to do, just follow the directions on the web site. Pete
