Just got a HD500 and ordered the3 HP Spindle Kit. Followed the set-up directions - fired it up, the liquid cooling system works but the Spindle does not spin. The directions say if the spindle does not spin, go to a link provided. Unfortunately the link provided produces a 404 Not found. Tried the "Ready 2 Update" program with no success.
I'll play around with it over the New Years holiday and call Shark tech support next week if i can't get it to work.
Any helpful hints would be greatly appreciated.
