Here's a 18" x 60" sign I made using my Shark Pro Plus and tiling and Aspire. This was made for my Niece and her husband who own this CrossFit.

The hardest part was the model of the "O". The back was tiled. The letters were cut out of Azek and epoxied to the backer. This sign will be hung indoors at the gym.

Thanks, this was a fun project and simple to do when broken down to the smaller parts.

Billk,

Which bit(s) did you use on this project ?

IDBD,

For the CrossFit box, the "O" of the sign, I used a 1/2" endmill for the 3D rough cut and a 1/8" ball for the 3D finish, and a 1/4" down cut endmill to cut the profile out.

To cut out the letters I used a 1/4" downcut endmill.

To cut the black areas I used a 1/2" 90 degree V bit and a 1/4" downcut endmill as that was a V cut toolpath with a flat depth of .100.

Thanks for asking.
