Piranha FX turns on but won't move

Hi I bought a new Piranha FX from a person that never used there machine. Everything looked great until I tried to use it. I plugged everything correctly and everything turns on but the xyz won't move? Any ideas why. I just bought a new controller from Next wave and that did not fix the issue.
All I did was plug everything in and turn it on. What I supposed to do anything else? I even tried to run a file but nothing happened. Attached is a video.
