I am brand new to the Shark. My machine is not scheduled to be delivered for another week or two. I'm moving up to the Shark 60th Anniversary edition from the Carve Wright system. My question is: Can any of my patterns, plans and projects from the Carve Wright be converted for use on the Shark?

Short answer no.

Now if they are patterns you created you can export them as a png file and then recreate them as a STL or crv file, depending on what software you have.

Since your waiting for your machine you should start learning the programs that you willl be using to make files for your machine. Lot of tutorials, videos and free projects to look at and study before your machine arrives. Check out the sites below. You can also download the demo versions of the programs. http://www.vectric.com/downloads/trial-software.html
