New HD5 and the Z axis nut broke on very first run. Can running the equipment to the maximum Z or X Y axis (basically running into the stops) cause that to fail or was that just a defective part?

I have an HD 3 and have hit the stops numerous times and have not had a parts failure.

I Have been using the HD3 Pro Extended Bed CNC Machine for three plus years now have hit stops on occasion and never broke anything on the machine!
