The enable virtual zero does not come up on my control panel. I am running 10.515 on a 2.1 controller. the controller asks if I want to use the touch plate BUT DOES NOT show the five points.. will I need to reinstall the touch plate? How would I go about reinstalling
if I need too.? I have the Key numbers for machine, controller and touch plate. Thanks for any info.. gene

I had same issue. you have to re register the virtual zero you bought. and then have to enable it every time you want to use it---I never had to do this till the last time I re registered it. I would only get the center point and not all 5 points. not a big deal if you know it when using it.. but until I figured it out- lot of emails to Nextwave. good luck
