Mirror Cutting
I am trying my first demo cut...Works great!!! Backwards.... How and why? All wires are correct. Can anyone help?

Check your machine assembly. Compare the picture with what your assembled machine looks like. Possibility you have installed the gantry backwards. When looking at the colt router you should be able to see the y axis drive motor on the front of the machine.
I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.

Thanks for your time to reply. Ole stupid here didn't even think to log on to Rockler.com and look at the pic...You are absolutely correct. I will change the gantry and we'll see... Makes perfect sense. What a wonderful machine. I am just playing now but, WOW!!!
