I recently purchased a refurbished HD5 upgrade gantry for my HD4 from Next Wave. It is too narrow and doesn’t fit the machine… Any thoughts??? Unfortunately I can’t reach Next Wave until Monday The gantry brackets measure 31-1/2” across but the gantry only measures 30-7/8”… Seems like it must be an incorrect part but only one size was offered on the website like a one size fits all situation.

Fixed. NextWave advised I loosen 4 bolts on the back to allow the gantry to fit in place and then retighten. They thought it must have been bumped out of alignment in shipping.
