CNCShark Pro Plus - What's in the Box

Post by jeb2cav »

Hi All -

I've just received my CNCShark Pro Plus and I thought it would be of interest to many on the forum who are thinking about getting one, or have one enroute, to see "what is in the box". I know I would have liked to review this information prior to deciding to purchase.

Unfortunately, this forum doesn't currently allow pdf files. I've posted what I hope you'll find a useful document (with pictures)(what useful read doesn't have pictures?) at the following file sharing location:

And pardon the advertisement you'll have to close when you click download - it's a free service...

I'm curious why the post on how to open a box? I received mine a week ago and a box cutter was all I needed. No shovel or assistant needed. Just wondering is all.
Let's revisit the whole "Hope I die before I get old" Thing.

A fair question - while considering the various CNC machines, some had more pictures/views and description of what to expect and how than others. This is not just the shipping part - like a what is in the box section of the manual, but more info in general. I'm pleased with this decision and thought I'd share. This is a farily new device and there's not a lot of hands on info is available.

Sure, you can lift it yourself - a little awkward but certainly acceptable risk, and attach the gantry yourself. As stated, this was what I did and chose to do. And we all have different ways of dealing with packing nuts...

Joe,

Don't worry about it. ;) Some of us will/have print(ed) out both these tips and the set-up notes. :D
Cheers
