info if your shark controller won't turn on

Hello all,
I recently went had this happen, and panic set in my mind about how much it would cost to fix. I emailed next wave and they sent me the following information. I want all shark owners to know this so they will sleep better if this happens to them.

The owners manual should have been my first choice to look other than under the "hood" of the controller.
