My Shark HD510 would blow a fuse from time to time that powered my router. A simple contactor switch relay 120 volt coil and a 2 cheap extension cords and a small box and some spade tips will fix this issue. Controller relay turns on the power to the router relay that powers the router so no more blown fuses when you hit a knot surfacing a plaque with a 2" cutter blade. It just hogs right on through it now. Here is a short video on my relay. Took about 20 minutes to get it going.
