Turning a Pro to an HD

I have been reading all the posts about upgrading a Pro to an HD, to reduce the flexing. I see rungemach posted some dxf files. When I import them to Vectric, they are tiny, like 1mm x 1mm x 1mm.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

The files were developed in inches, not mm. That is most likely the issue.
