Jerry, You could try double sided tape. The method I use is to "sandwich" the double sided tape between layers of packing tape. Apply the packing tape to the job, then double sided tape. Apply packing tape to the table, then apply the job to the table. By using this method it is much easier to remov...

Is the noise the router vibrating in the holder?
Have you tried tightening the router holder once it is fitted into the shark?

Hi guys, I am having the same problem as Larry, i.e. inconsistent cutting depth. I have just run a pocket toolpath program to cut 4mm deep in 1mm passes. The first run was on a 12mm thick piece of timber which cut the pocket to 4mm. I ran the same program on 73mm thick timber and the cut depth was 9...
