Hi guys,
When I use double sided tape I use packing tape on the bed and the job with the double sided tape in between.
It makes it much easier to separate the parts when the work is complete.

Hi Fred.
Leave the bit loose in the router collet, lower the "Z" to very close to the surface of the timber, loosen the collet until the bit touches the timber,tighten the collet and zero "Z"

Hi Guys I have had the same issue with g code not scrolling on the control panel display, this is not a major issue. But at times the pause "button" is not enabled on the control panel when the program is running, the problem here being the only way to stop the shark is with the E Stop, which is not...

The X lead screw will not turn when connected to the Y control connector.
The unit does not even run when " cold"
The inside of the controller box is clean.
