CNC failing to cut on right side of projects

CNC Shark failing to cut all projects at correct depths on the right hand side of material. We can use the same toolpath, same material, even the same zero and the machine for the most part doesn't hold a constant depth. This happens with both vcarving and profile cuts.

What are we missing?

Carnival Letters

Ok .. getting my feet wet (actually pretty soaked now that I know "kinda" what I'm doing). However stuck on a design issue. We are doing carnival type letters 11" high, pocketed out all except for the edge - then the whole thing would be cut out (profile cut). I know that I need to have an inner let...

Re: Aspire Pro On Call?

Input those values as Home / Start Position in Aspire (note am using center / top of project board a...

Re: Aspire Pro On Call?

The thing that has us hung up at the moment is a Z height issue. Using aspire and a cutout toolpath, we are trying to cut some simple letters from a sheet of 1/4" plywood. We are using the Rockler machine control program (latest version) and the machine seems to be cutting fine (Except its about an ...

Aspire Pro On Call?

My wife and I are just getting started with a Shark pro and aspire 4.0. We are fairly competent with computers but this CNC stuff is a bit confusing!

Is there someone out there who could work with us via phone, or maybe webcam to help us get it all going?

Thanks in advance!
