Hello All. I am attempting to set the virtual zero but the option seems to be missing from my screen. I am running 2.1 with Aspire 8.5. I used to be able to do this, been a while since I have tried. I don't think I have changed anything as far as the software or Shark goes. Any ideas? Thanks Jack

Any idea what to look under I tried but I couldn't find anything that was useful.

I know I have seen this on the forum before but cannot seem to find any info now. Where can I buy supplies for lighting a lithophane?

Well, it worked for Aspire but not for vcarve, still working on that. Now I am off to attempt to set the virtual zero with the touch plate.

I talked with Next Wave (Shark Manufacturer) and found out that there is a software issue on startup. There is a .bat file that needs to be run and for some reason it does not always kick off for the first time. I will run that and see if it fixes the issue. Thanks Roger for replying.
