Re: Trouble getting shark pro pp for Cut 3D
For the Cut 3D program the correct location for the PP files are C:\Program Files\Cut3D\PostP
just load them into this sub-directory and they will show up in the PP menu

Re: Mach 3 Compatible?
Tim;
I am confused??? The original question was Mach 3 compatibility with Shark Pro not Shark Pro Plus. Has the controller changed on the Shark Pro also?? Also if we go back to the old firmware for the NC-POD will the 3D probe still work???
thanks

Re: Mach 3 Compatible?
Now have my shark pro working with Mach 3. I had to order a smooth stepper serial interface which plugs into the xylotex driver board in the shark enclosure. Now I can just plug in which serial board I want to use and no longer need to wait for shark upgrades etc. Ya Hoo the best of both worlds

Re: Rotary Indexer
Ed;
You can run a rotary axis on the shark by just disconnecting the X axis and connecting it to the stepper on the rotary axis. Of course your G code will need to reflect axis rotation in degrees instead of linear inches.
