Hitest I will answer this the best way possible :shock: it all depends on your operating system. you want the SD card to work the way it should with your system. its like the old floppy disks and the 3.5 disks some came formated and some did not and some did not work with other operating systems and...

yes with the proper programing
also there are a lot of different styles of dovetails
that can be done on a CNC machine that is not your typical V bit style

Mach3 takes a high speed USB port
if yours is not setup that way you will get this message

Kevin I've done small engraving on brass as well as plastic it is possible but you must make sure the table is level and the bit in the router does not spin out of round ( precision Collette) the thickness on the plastic is .001 on a 1/16 inch thick piece its a lot harder with the basic Mach3 contro...

your line is to thick
it should be hairline thickness
set your depth of cut per pass and it should
go back and forth without moving side to side
