Yes I can open the file its a vcaeve file on my computer. and yes the flash drive is almost full there is 733mb left before its full. I was using it the other day and it worked fine. Thanks 4DThinker, I set the touch plate thickness to .361 and tried it two times and no divot. I put it to 0.0.0 and could slip a piece of thin plastic, 400 thousands" under it. That won't affect the virtual measurements will it? I would think it would just be the same as before just .0130 diference...
