I am having the same problem. Even .tap files that have loaded OK in the past get a loading "error" once in a while. I have been having the same problem with "error". I have re-booted Panel, re-booted 'puter.
What seems to work: keep reloading .tap and running - sometimes 5+ times
Definately a PIA but I do get it to work. HOPING for a fix

Even though I replaced the MDF bed on my CNC Shark with 2 thicknesses of 3/4" good plywood I still had a little belly in the middle and still some flex. My version- 1/8" aluminum - gap allows spring so tips don't break while tweaking. The light is a continuity tester I got at Lowes $7+/- in the electrical tester and gizmo section.
