I just picked up some medium density open cell foam. I have not tried anything yet but was thinking the normal bit I use 1 and 2 flute upcut and just slow them down a little.

I am about to jump on board the flow indicator train but want to make sure of the hose and connector. will this work with the existing hose? So, is the G14 fitting what the spindle uses? I don't have completed pictures on this computer but this is the start of what I built for my Shark HD4 Extended bed. It's 2 1/2" by 3/16" angle and 2 1/2" by 1/4" square tube for the legs. That's pretty cool. I've seen these in a larger version but didn't know they came in the 1/4" version. I think I will buy one of these. I'm sure you can put it anywhere you want. I would put it in the return line back to the bucket. At least you know you have full flow through the spindle. Although ...

I have not done it yet but I will probably do the same and just add it as an endmill. As long as the cutting diameter is correct so it knows how much to move for step over you will be ok.

You can call Nextwave but you can also just plug them in and see which is which. It won't hurt anything.
