Received Software on Disc. Computer has not disc drive
I purchased my CNC Machine used. Was given the disc with software as well as the license codes. My computer does not have a disc drive. Is there anyway to download the software without having to pay for it again using my license codes and registered user names from the disc? I looked around but do not know where to get the software.

It is the CNC Shark / Piranha / FX. Software is Next Wave Automation & Vectric

I would take the time to contact NWA via phone and register your machine as the 'new' owner. I'm not sure their automated system will support this.
You will find the NWA control software download here - https://www.nextwaveautomation.com/downloads-links. As I'm not familiar with your model machine I'm not sure you will need it or not.
I would go to the Vectric site - https://www.vectric.com/ - and send an email to support with your Vectric product code explaining that you purchased this from previous owner and go from there. They may be able to provide a download link to that version of VCarve. You might also try finding a friend with a disc drive and transferring to a thumb drive.
Good luck!

Take the disc to another computer (a friend's or the library's?) and copy the contents to a thumb drive.

It is unfortunate about the optical disk, but office supply places will convert for you also (for a small fee). Staples, Office Depot...
Try schools, like High schools or local trade collages.
If you go to coffee stores where folks are sitting around drinking coffee looking at their laptops, just maybe they can convert it for you. Some may worry about viruses, but many will trust you, especially if they have seen you enough times.
Let us know how you got the software converted.

You can also use an external disc drive that plugs in to a USB Port.
