How many LED's went into the box? Were they mounted on the sides or all electronics mount to the back so that it is one unit that comes out with the screws?

Re: new litho box design
Tony, well done .. I would like to attempt to create something similar ... is there a place where there are instructions on how to do something like this.
What plastic did you use and what tool did you use...
I assume you used Photovcarve .. correct?

Hi djbeam,
Just to save Tony the time to answer, here is a link to the instructions that he wrote to make lithos. I have been on the verge of trying them for some time now and hope to have a little time to in the very near future. I have been buying up stuff for a while and think I have enough to compete a few. I never have done one but have photovcarve some material in "champagne" color and the leds and power supplies all ready to go. This is the instruction list that I plan on following when I do them. Tony had evolved a fairly nice product and provided us with a lot of details on the process. May save a lot of time going to the book and figuring it out. You can also do a search on the forum to find out more. I bought my corian from a supplier on ebay. You can get colors such as Glacier White and Champagne and others in various degrees of white. Champagne is the one I chose as the more satisfying although "pleasing" is in the eye of the beholder on something like this. Not sure there is a right or wrong. Check out one of my post "Slow boat from China" for power supplies and LED's at good prices and one of Tony's recent post "inside my litho box" or similar title for a look on the inside how he arranges the electrical. Lot of good experience here on the forum once you get used to using the search feature (which I still struggle with sometimes)

here's the other links that I mentioned.

Re: new litho box design
Having done probably 50 or more lithos, I can vouch for Tony's instructions, and the result of the electrical stuff, all good info!
