This is a 3D model done in 1/2" thick acrylic carving down .40 deep. Took almost 4 hrs to carve complete. I used a .25 endmill for roughing carve and used a .125 tappered ball nose bit for finishing carve and a .125 endmill for cutout.

Looks great. I think this is the first one I have seen were the figure has be cutout. In the case of this one it really looks good.
