NO OPTION TO REGISTER TOUCH PLATE ON CONTROLL PANEL...!

Yet again, another problem....!
After NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS attempting to get this thing operational, my latest setback is the inability to register the touch plate. When I follow the instructions on the tutorial and click on the "HELP" tab there is no option to register an accessory. The only option is ti "Register Your New Next Wave Product" and when that option is clicked-on there is only a list of models, but NOT the accessories. No touch plate option. So now What....? Is there some new way of doing this that requires a deck of tarot cards, or crystal ball
