The tap file is attached and a photo of what happened.
Trying to think of where something went wrong. This happened the first time which is in the photos so I pulled the piece, planed it back down to a zero and went through the entire project to start over on a thinner piece of material. I was cutting this plaque out for a donation to our local VFW event but after two attempts and this same glitch in the same spot I dont know what happened.
I can tell you before the second run I had replaced and moved the emblems around ,recalculated each toolpath individually and ran the preview all toolpaths multiple times it all looked spot on.
The issue occurred just before line 7675.
Thank for any help

Re: Random circle twice
Check on all layers to make sure there are no stray vectors present.
Would it be possible to post your .crv file? If you cannot due to copyright infringement (models, etc...) then post file without the models in them.
Other than the above noted possibility it is very difficult to diagnose your problem. Without the .crv file members here can only guess as to you problem.

Looking over your .crv file and I do not see anything out of the ordinary there.
What post processor are you saving the Toolpaths to?
